There are literally hundreds of websites where you can obtain an individual, family, or group insurance health quote! The surprise to most consumers who have gone to several websites for a quote is that they all usually come up with the same company! At any point in time there is always a dominating carrier. The key to a successful search is no different than shopping for any other product or service... Who is going to help you after you have purchased the product?
At Health1One we have over 75 years of combined experience in the insurance field. Each of us understands that our agency's success is totally dependent on the success of each of our clients. We are not a mass merchandising agency. You are one of "hundreds" to our agency. You are one of "tens of thousands" even with the better insurance carriers. We represent your interests...
Search: Step one is to locate the best value for our client's dollar.
Our staff will use the information you provide to conduct a search among the dozens of companies that provide the insurance you are looking for. We will immediately e-mail you the results. Simultaneously our system will send you a comprehensive hard copy back-up by U.S. Postal Service.

Our experienced staff will continue to assist you no matter what the outcome! If your policy is issued other "than applied for" there are many steps that can be taken to achieve the best possible results. We guarantee to do everything possible to get the best overall results for you, your family or your business.
- Issued as applied for: Your contract was approved at the price quoted with no waivers or restrictions other than those allowed by statute (e.g. pre-existing condition waiver)
- Issued with price rate up and/or waivers : Your contract was issued at a higher price than the original quote and may have additional waivers and/or restrictions. This is usually the result of pre-existing medical history (e.g. diabetes, ht/wgt, hypertension, etc.)
- Postponed: This action is usually taken by the insurance carrier when it is unable to obtain needed information in a timely manner. Your application will not be acted upon until the requested information is received.
- Declination: With most insurance carriers this action is usually the exception (approximately 75% of all applications are approved!) and will only be taken when the information it receives will not allow it to insure the risk.
Service: We continue to provide service to you long after your policy is issued. Whether it is a billing problem, claims problem or a problem at a prescription counter, our staff is there to assist you. You deal with us and we will deal with the insurance carrier! If at any time the carrier is no longer able to serve your needs we will begin the "search" process again. You are our client!
